Every transaction as part of one system. Fast, secure, with no cash handling. Our cashless system brings comfort to your customers, and gives you efficiency, clear statistics and easy payment management.

I want that!

Unlocking the opportunity

As an organizer, you already have full visibility over ticketing. However, additional services are handled by external suppliers. We bring you a way to gain control over the financial flow of the entire event.

Get data about every sale

Real-time overview of sales, products, and individual vendors.

Control your finances

Automatic billing, share overview and transparent cash flows.

Everything under one roof

Full integration of all services, including those traditionally provided by external suppliers.

One system = one solution

If there is a service customers need to pay for, we will connect it into a unified payment ecosystem.

Food & beverage
Toilets & showers
Cloakrooms
Parking
Merchandise

Less cash = less worries

Handling cash at an event can bring a host of potential issues. Thanks to our cashless system, you will never need to worry about those again.

Faster customer service, shorter queues
Saving time on counting change
No complex logistics associated with cash transportation
No need to stock cash registers with coins
No theft, no counterfeit banknotes, no sales manipulation

Card payment

The easiest solution. Let your customers pay with their own Visa or Mastercard. Most customers are used to this option and prefer it over others (up to 91%).

Credit top-up

You can issue a chip card or a wristband. The customers will then recharge it at our top-up points. This is a preferred method for people who do not carry their own payment card to events.

Cash

There is even a possibility to add cash payments into the mix. We recommend using this option only as a backup, to complement one of the two primary methods.

Cashless system for one-off events

The biggest challenge for large-scale event organizers can often be the space itself. Everything needs to be built from scratch. The system needs to run smoothly and without operational hurdles.

A large number of vendors at one place
Setting everything up, onboarding staff members and other relevant persons
The only things we need are a list of vendors, turnover rent, and payment details
The operation ends when the event ends

Cashless system for permanent venues

On the other hand, for venues such as arenas, stadiums, or concert halls, we simply set up the system and let it "run" without any further intervention. Fewer operational hurdles are balanced by a greater emphasis on the product and its place within the whole ecosystem.

Engaging with fans, providing various benefits
Connecting the cashless and ticketing systems
Connecting the cashless system with your mobile app, CRM, and other products
The operation runs for an extended period of time

We run on stable servers with minimal downtime. We use modern technologies and monitor them constantly. Our software is developed by a company that supplies systems for state administration and is tailor-made to handle even the most demanding conditions.

Setting up

We will help you prepare everything in advance, including the onboarding of vendors and setting up points of sale, items, and prices

Onboarding

At the event or venue, we will arrange the handover of hardware and train authorized staff members on both your side and the side of individual vendors.

Supervision

We will be available on site to handle any potential problems. If a situation arises, we will help you deal with it to ensure everything runs smoothly for the entire time.
